This story was originally published in 2022 as part of the limited time FaRoFeb anthology, Once Upon a Forbidden Desire. The stories were supposed to be about fairy tales but somehow I went off course and made mine about Cernunnos, the horned protector of wild places.
Anyway, here’s the blurb.
Idara is a Demonkeeper. Bound inside her are Rage, Lust, Obsession and other uncontrollable demons that would otherwise distract staid and hardworking citizens of Summerhouses.
Then one demon is bound to her that is not like the others, a demon that is both oddly familiar and very, very dangerous.
